In-Person Visit

All reasons that require to be seen should be booked in the office. If you require a Periodic Health Review (physical), please call our office to book.

We are unable to see patients who have tested positive for COVID-19. However, if you have been experiencing covid-like symptoms for more than 5 days OR tested negative, you may book an in-office appointment.

Urgent Care

The urgent care clinic is designed for patients who are unable to see a doctor in a reasonable time-frame, or for those times when a non-emergency medical need arises unexpectedly and urgent medical attention from a physician is necessary.

Urgent Care should not be used for prescription renewals, forms or physicals as that should be discussed with your main provider.

If you feel your issue requires urgent attention that must be seen that same day, please call us to book an appointment.

Telephone Visit

When you book a telephone visit, our staff will confirm which phone number you would like to be contacted at. Your physician will call you around the designated time. Please ensure your phone is able to accept phone calls from a blocked number. We also politely request that you have a quiet environment free from distractions for the telephone visit and ensure that you are not driving during the appointment.
